Happy Halloween!

To celebrate Halloween this year, I had planned to make an RPG Maker MV. The point and click game would have contained two adventures called "Witch's Apprentice" and "Sorcerer's Ritual". Said adventures were heavily inspired by RuneScape quests in vibe and structure.

Although I started this project in September 2025 (which is why I documented Halloween signatures so early), it soon became clear that there was no way I would finish this project before Halloween without obliterating my mental health, so I decided to switch my focus elsewhere and cancel this project.

Now, I had made quite a few assets for this project that I think would be a shame if they were never seen by the public. As such, I decided to repurpose them into the following art:

Sorcerer's Ritual

Making the two "fake game screenshots" seen above took way more time than I thought. I believe I made the right decision by canceling that game. This art is representative of the vision I had for the game. The two scenes depict the climax of the would-be adventures.

I think the scene I created really capture the youthful wonder spirit that Halloween gives. I think many of the character designs are a significant improvement from my October 2024 Art.
